I found the weight course interesting and informative. It was good to have things broken down in to sections week by week. [name removed] was always positive and supportive. However it is a lot of information to take in all at once and a lot of trial and error to find the weight loss ideals for your body type.

I think it would be good if everyone was offered a 1-2-1 or 1-2-2 session at the end of the programme to discuss the challenges they are facing and how to continue their journey. As weight is a touchy subject and a lot of us have huge shame around our weight, it is hard to be totally open in a group setting. A single session to consolidate where you aren't in a group setting could make a big difference to people I suspect.

I have nothing but admiration for the kind and caring informative nurse who cares for our child. She goes above and beyond to ensure we understand everything and to ensure the best care for her.

Nothing she is always available when I need her and if not we have all the info we need to co tact anyone in the team.

audio tech needs work, web attendees audio reception poor. Necessary equipment required for meeting had been removed before meeting. Need to purchase more of the type of equipment missing

I realised that my problem wasn’t what I thought it was, but that I was suffering with depression. I was most upset that I got discharged half way through my therapy.

Because I was told that my medication could be causing my memory loss I was so happy and it put my mind at rest. The person I saw was very helpful too.
